Our extensive trial experience permits us to view review contracts, purchase agreements, and business ventures with an eye toward avoiding future litigation. We also work closely with our clients to ensure that they maintain the necessary formalities and comply with current rules affecting corporations and limited liability companies. We prepare, review and revise commercial leases, option agreements and purchase agreements. We work with our clients and their accountants in business transitions.

Advising Medical and Dental Professionals – We assist medical and dental professionals in the many legal issues that arise in their practices, including the transition of a professional practice.
